After two weeks of setting up the new aquarium, Maple Class are delighted to welcome the fish this week! Mrs Blest collected 6 Zebra Danios from Maidenhead Aquatics yesterday morning and they are already very happy in their new home. The fishkeepers of the week (Laurie and Grace) have tested the water quality during the last two weeks to check that it is safe for the fish and the children in Maple Class have been busy learning about fish in their science lessons. Today, the children voted on what names to give our new class members and eventually decided on : Oscar, Gillies, Evie, Checker, Lily and Zaggy!
