Sam Allen’s family had springer spaniel puppies over the summer and the Dragonfly class were thrilled when they came to visit us at school this week! “They were very cute” said Isabella “We got to hold them” added Phoebe.” They were very soft”

Synagogue trip

We had an excellent whole school trip to Oxford synagogue in October and learned lots more about traditions like Shabbat. Our guide was Sarah and she explained about different things we could see, like the prayer shawls, the ark containing the Torah scrolls and the special pointer used by rabbis or people reading the scrolls. Ashmolean museum trip

We had a great trip to the Ashmolean this morning, class 2 were treated to a workshop combining artefacts from Germany and Turkey. We looked at ceramics, textiles and paintings and everyone said they’d like to go back!
